What terrifying sound do these wiener lips emit?

I will probably be up all night thinking and shuddering because of this. Is it a note they're singing? One spoken word? Are they the sausage Cassandra that we refuse to hear? Do they speak of prophecy? Perhaps if we could understand their call, we would possess true knowledge. I am afraid.
