U.S. Supreme Court rejects Catholic League's suit against SF
William Donohue, president of the Catholic League for Religious and Civil Rights, said the lawsuit appears to have had an effect despite the court's rejection.
"We haven't seen the same level of vitriol and hostile remarks from the Board of Supervisors" in recent years, he said. "These people are notorious anti-Catholic bigots."
